The College of Contract Management is a chartered management institute in the United Kingdom that is already accredited by the CIOB, CMI, CICES, CIArb and Pearson Education. They provided fews courses that parallel management skills, one of them is level 7 diploma in strategic management and leadership practice. This course will guide and help to shape their students to have skills that the leader must have, such as; analytical, how to manage a team, decision making, organisational, communication, etc.

When you are able to combine various points of view and sources of information, they are practicing Synthesis which is one of the important steps in problem-solving and critical thinking-based learning. Critical thinking is enriched by the ability to synthesize information, consequently, the College of Contract Management uses these methods as a core learning outcome in many modules.
